Our large three-bedroom, three-full bath Townhome with over 1900 square feet (including 2 lanai) and vaulted ceilings will give you plenty of space for up to eight people to comfortably enjoy the warm breezes and all the sunshine that the South Kohala/Waikoloa Beach Resort area offers (over 350 days of sunshine per year).

The Great Room includes a large Flat-Screen Plasma TV, DVD player, stereo system (iPod and MP3-compatible), Dining Table and chairs, and stools for the counter. The vaulted ceiling gives the unit a feeling of spaciousness and light. The lanai off of the great room has a golf course and peek-a-boo ocean view with a table and chairs to enjoy meals while overlooking the 14th Tee of the Waikoloa Beach Course.

The Master Bedroom includes a 32" Flat-Screen LCD TV, Pillow-Top Mattress and a private lanai with golf course and ocean view.

The Queen Bedroom also has a Pillow-Top Mattress and a great view of Mauna Kea. It includes a flat-screen LCD TV, DVD Player and I-Home radio (I-pod compatible).

The Twin Bedroom includes 2 beds with quality mattresses. This room also has an LCD TV/DVD player.

A leather Eurobed is now in the Twin Bedroom. It folds out to become a full-size bed that can sleep 2 kids or 1 adult. This 3rd bedroom can sleep up to 4 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs.

For use at the beach, we supply beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, snorkel equipment and coolers and more for our guests.

At Hali'i Kai, you'll get use of the exclusive Hali'i Kai Beach Club with a gorgeous pool (small children will love the shallow pool play area), fitness room, BBQ, lounge area, restaurant and bar--all with a cliff-side view of the ocean.
